Sketch is a 2018 Tamil action thriller film, A car hijacker from a local gang gets into a problem after stealing a car.

The film features Vikram and Tamannaah in the leading roles, with Soori, Vishwanath and R. K. Suresh among others portraying supporting roles. According to Vijay Chander, Sketch is a "stylish take" on North Chennai, unlike most Tamil films which have portrayed its inhabitants as "poor, uneducated, uncouth and notorious"
The Film is as stylish as the directed proposed and it showcases the Hero as a traditional Hero in the Tollywood industry. The movie has pretty standard plot and story which the movie's narration sticks on to, the mostly seen Hero vs Villan scenerio with a twist in the end. Movie has a line of 6 songs which is too many even for a Tamil movie, though the songs are greatly pictured and presented it occupy almost 20 minutes of the whole movie's runtime which says something #toomuch. Performance wise Chiyaam Vikram is spot on as the lead character he outshines everyone else in the movie. Heroine character is flat and is almost as invisible as the cloak of the Elder wizard #harrypotter. If you are a person who understands Tamil and have a history of cheering for big action sequences and goosebump dialouge moments then its a movie for you. I am 'that' kind of person so I found the movie enjoyable, interesting and fun.
A basic mass movie where Chiyaan Vikram totally owns the heroic scenes. Pre-interval portions, Climax twist, Cinematography and Thaman's highly energetic BGM and songs are the major highlights.
